Breeding Philosophy
My name is Jennifer Van Niman and I am a dedicated and ethical dog breeder specializing in AKC Norwegian Buhunds and Dachshunds. I have been showing & raising Miniature Dachshunds for over 30 years and had my first two litters of Norwegian Buhunds born in the spring of 2025.
My mission when planning a litter is to preserve the breed by striving for correct conformation, sound temperament, size and to improve the breed's longevity & health with continuous health testing.
My puppies are from Champion or Grand Champion parents and are known for their loyalty, charming personalities, and stunning good looks. Puppies are given early training and raised in a loving environment, ensuring they are well socialized and prepared for their forever homes. I take pride in providing families with healthy well-bred companions that bring joy and love.
Careful thought and time goes into every litter.
Occasionally, I have puppies available to companion and show homes.
