The Norwegian Buhund breed is a member of the Herding group.  The addition of this enthusiastic and happy breed started in 2020 with one boy, Drummer.  The love for this breed grew from simply having one dog to show to wanting to help preserve the breed.   With that, we welcomed Lyric.

 

Sadly, my adventure into the breed was temporarily cut short by a tragic house fire in spring 2022.

 

With much research and support from other Norwegian Buhund breeders, I was fortunate to get a 2nd chance to be a part of the future of this wonderful breed. 

I now have 4, all earning their AKC champions fairly quickly. 

I am excited where this adventure will take us and love to be a part of the continuation of this rare breed.
